Loved by God in advance, and predestined to be like Christ

1.    Those who belong to Christ have been “foreknown” by God.  This means that he loved us before the creation of the world, and purposed to save us.
2.    Those who belong to Christ have been “predestined” to be conformed to the image of Christ.  This means God has an unstoppable determination to make us perfect like Jesus.  God’s purposes for us will not fail.
