The Reign of Christ and His Saints

No class, no man is fit to rule. But what if we had leaders who were sinless, impartial, fair and kind? What if we had as head overall one who did drain the swamps of corruption? This will happen in the final millennium of this earth when Christ and his saints will rule the earth. 2 questions:

2. What is the nature of this reign?
