No Greater Joy. No Greater Pain.

There is no greater joy than to see our children walk in the truth. But what about generational squishiness? Or generational apostasy? This is more the rule today in Christian churches than the exception. There is hardly any greater pain than to see our children walk out of the truth. How do we prevent teenage rebellion, or at least minimize it? This question is particularly salient today with systemic failure everywhere. Fatherhood fails. Submission fails. Teens rebel. Pastors fail. Churches fail. About the best some churches can do is make sure the youth group stays edgier and more rebellious than the pastor's kids!
