Urban Renewal

This message was given by Pastor Jonathan Stobbs as he continued his morning ministry in the book of Nehemiah. Why are our urban areas such a missions field? What can we do to reach them? In this message Pastor Stobbs looks at the occasion in the Scriptures where Nehemiah repopulates Jerusalem with the Lord's people. It was right that the Lord's city should be restored to a position were those around would see it flourishing once again. From this passage, whilst on first glance it is difficult to see application, Pastor Stobbs expounds some real lessons to challenge the listener in their Christian life. Above all he calls believers and the church to be those who are Christ-centred, Bible-based, and Gospel-ordered in their lives and conduct. Are you living in a manner pleasing to the Lord?
