Psalm 40:5-8

Examining Psalm 40:5-8, we find the beginning of Christ's prayer in the psalm. He opens with glorious praise of God. Then we consider Paul's understanding of verses 5-8 in Hebrews 10. Christ is identified as the Speaker. The gospel is clearly presented to the removal of the Old Testament sacrifices and offerings, because that is the will of God.
