You Have a Great High Priest

Since we have a great High Priest, we can depend on God to help us hold onto our confession of faith. Here, the writer of Hebrews makes four very important points:

1. We need a High Priest to represent us before God.
2. God the Father appointed Jesus, the Son of God, to be our High Priest.
3. Our High Priest is greater than the Old Testament High Priest, Aaron.
4. Since we have a great High Priest, we can go directly into the presence of God and receive grace and mercy in time of need.
