The Gospel

The good news or gospel is about the reign of Jesus Christ over individuals and nations for the sake of the church. The term ‘Kingdom of Christ’ is more about His reign than His realm. It is good news for God’s people that Jesus reigns. It is not good news for those who are unwilling to submit to His reign. This reign of Christ has been sought from the earliest history of mankind as God gave His promises to His people and has fulfilled them in Christ. So then, the gospel affects every aspect of life.
