God's pronouncement of judgment on nations who were against Israel continues. Sidon and Egypt are both judged, and a pronouncement of a future doom is given. Yet God tells Egypt that He will after the judgment redeem them and bring them back together as a nation, albeit a much weaker one. Do you commit the sins of Sidon and Egypt? Do you rely on God to be YOUR redeemer, to eternal life with Him?
