Corporate Responsibility and Repentance

Pastor Andrew Barnes, of Christ Presbyterian Church in Grandview, Missouri, reminds the Lord's people of their covenantal duties to the Lord, individually and corporately. We are bound by covenants in the home, church, and society; not just those which we have partaken in ourselves, in our lifetime but even those which our forefathers have set for us.

"It is beyond question that many in the Land do swear these Covenants without the knowledge and understanding of the heads thereof, so far as was needful for them in their station; who when they were catechized on the particulars, do know little or nothing thereof: Which, no doubt is one cause why they have so little minded and followed, and do so little mind and follow the duties contained therein.
