The coverings

Just as no words are ever wasted in the Bible God's Holy Word gives us details which at times may seem redundant and just flat out make no sense but it is there for a reason. In this particular passage we find God giving details on how the tabernacle was to be built. Focusing at the moment on the coverings themselves we see that God had some things in mind that careful study will reveal to us. This tent He was having His people build wasn't just for show every facet of it tells a story.
