Luke 11-13 To Those Who Seek a Sign

Introduction to, and reading of, Luke 11-13. Today's intro focuses upon the seeking of signs from God. We chastise the Jews for seeking a sign of Jesus' identity and authority to work among them. At the same time, we often demand (though we might feel this too strong a word) special or unusual signs that God is working in our lives. We often walk by sight (desiring the signs on our timetable) instead of by faith (trusting God to be at work in us and through us); especially when we feel troubled by some thing or someone.
