Stressing Repentance and Faith (Not Regeneration) in Evangelism: Avoiding the Errors of Some Reformed Baptists

Should we stress to the lost that they need to 'pray for a new heart (regeneration)'? Are we to tell the lost that 'they can do nothing to save themselves'? Should we stress that the lost 'wait for God to save them'?
