Pastoral Visit June 10, 2020

115 ( 96 | 19 )

Dear Pittsford Community Church Family,

We're happy to announce the initial step toward reopening for worship services at PCC! Last Saturday the Governor announced that churches in our region can now open at 25% capacity. Our reopening team has been at work to make this as safe an environment as we can. We'll continue to livestream at 10:30 am, so if you aren't comfortable attending in person yet, no problem. Stay connected through livestream (or Drive-In Livestream). For those who are ready to attend in person, please observe the following guidelines (a big "please" in front of each of these):

Arrive early so you can avoid entering the building in groups.
Bring and wear your own mask from the time you enter the building until you leave (even during singing).
Use the hand sanitizer stations as you enter the building.
Observe seating restrictions and maintain 6-foot social distancing between families.
Be willing to worship in the Family Life Center when our Worship Center reaches capacity (we can seat 70 in the Worship Center and 100 in the Family Life Center).
Don't move the chairs in the Family Life Center—they've been measured and placed for safe distancing.
Parents, be sure to be with your child(ren) at all times and help them along—there will be no children's ministry classes, preschool, or nursery for while.
Respect the guidance of our safety team—they're part of us and they're here to help.
Avoid leaving in clusters—spread out as you exit.

All in all, God has blessed us and reminded us through this season how beautiful it is to be together. I'm reminded of Psalm 133:1, "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!"
