Acts 19 Pt2 - Ephesus Disrupted By The Way

As explained in the previous sermon, the fruit of the belief results in a cleansing of idols and falsehoods from one's life. The growth of the church in Ephesus had a real and noticeable affect on city and its culture, so much so the local temples realized a loss of income nearly to the point of inciting riots against Paul and the faithful. Also of note in v.40, they were more afraid of upsetting the Romans than of upsetting the false god, Artemis.
