I. Principle #1 - Expect Severe Persecution (10:16-25, 34-36)
a. Persecution will come from four areas:
Persecution from Religion (10:17)
Persecution from Government (10:18)
Persecution from Family (10:21-22, 34-36)
Persecution from Society (10:22)

2. Principle #2 - Don’t Live in Fear (10:26-33).
   a. Don’t fear people because truth will prevail (26-27)
   b. Don’t fear people because God is more powerful than man (28)
   c. Don’t fear because God is sovereign (29-32)
   d. “whoever denies me before men, I will also deny before my Father who is in heaven”
