Undone by the weakness of God

The Corinthian believers, rather than being shaped by the gospel were being shaped by their surrounding culture. They were elevating one preacher over against another and boasting in worldly wisdom. The word of the cross appears weak and absurd to an unbelieving world but to those who believe it is the power and wisdom of God, well able to
bring us down to our true size and wonderfully save us in the process.
