Perishing For Lack of Preaching

Solomon declared that "where there is no vision, the people perish." In explaining this text some say that when God's people have no vision for lost souls, then many perish. Others have said that unless God's people have a vision for a work of God to be done in their day, they will waste away to nothing.

But neither of these gives a true explanation of this vital text. Men today are indeed perishing because there is no vision in many, many churches. But just what this vision is that has been lost may surprise you.
