Standing For and Firm on Truth

Paul urges Timothy, who serves as a model for godly leadership, to stop strange teachers with their strange teachings which only serve to divide the church, while they should stand firm on true teaching and be true teachers which progress the cause of Christ today through sacrificial love towards God and others.
