The Perversity of Sin

The human condition is not merely one of ignorance, it is one of vice! Unbelief is a problem of the will more than of the mind. We see this illustrated in Jeremiah's last preaching tour, when his proclamation of God's righteous judgement was met with the perversity of the people who would not listen, and so he proclaimed the prospect of certain judgement.
