Contending For The Faith

If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, it is because God has called you. Christianity is about a relationship with Jesus where He is our Lord and Master. We are not only called, but loved by the Father just as the Father loves Jesus. We know that when Christ shall appear, we shall be just like Him. If you wish you were different and long to be like Jesus then you are to follow Him. God does what it takes to get rid of the rough edges, that is called sanctification. God says we will have mercy, peace, and love in abundance. We must stand for the truth and the truth does not change. God's word is permanent and not subject to change. God made the rules and He made them good. Those who are called, loved, and kept by God must guard the treasure of truth entrusted to us.
