We were dead in trespasses and sins

This sermon is devastatingly and tremendously imparting to the church of Lethbridge the inability, total depravity and incapability of man in his salvation without the MERCY and GRACE of God Himself.

This is the rough outline:
-I need grace because I am inable to save myself (on my own)
The inability is because of the first Adam, fallen Adam, dead Adam.
-I need grace because I am slave.
-I need grace because I am a child of wrath and disobedience, enemy of God.
-The magnificent change is of God's character: His mercy, the great steadfast love "quickened us together with Christ"
the conclusion and some application with:
motivation-love and mercy
means-regeneration
mission-to the glory of God through Christ Jesus.

Another triple Amen !!
Praise Him, his mercy and love...
"once I was dead, now I see..."
