An Antidote For Anxiety

The modern age is an "Age of Anxiety". Believers are not immune to the problem of inordinate fear and distress over the uncertainties of life. Often it is these fears and anxieties that cripple us from duty and eclipse the realities of the presence, promises and provisions of God. This does not have to be. The Apostle Paul under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit has given us a full and effective prescription to remedy the problem of anxiety in an age of anxiety. This message looks at the first part of that prescription in examining Paul's call to a committed life of prayer.
