Tongues/Prophecy

The Apostle Paul lays out what tongues are for and for whom they are for. Tongues are for unbelievers in their own language but prophecy is for believers. However, if a person, who is an unbeliever, comes into a church and all are speaking in tongues he will think they are all mad but if somebody is prophesying and an unbeliever comes in then it will be of benefit to him.
