Life by Numbers: An Introduction

The Book of Numbers is seen by many as complex and irrelevant. However, the book is really quite profound and actually sets out the picture and hope for continuing fellowship between God and his OT people Israel.

The Book of Numbers begins while Israel is still at Sinai (Horeb) with a census of the 12 tribes. Their leaders and the number of each tribe's soldiers are listed and talleyed here and then after the 40 years of wilderness wondering in Chapter 26.

In Chapter 9 the One Year Anniversary of the Passover and Exodus is celebrated. God will have his people remember who they are and where they've come from... and especially who He is. Enjoy.
