The Ultimate Test

The Test was set by God for his own purpose of loyalty unto him alone.
The test was passed by Abraham. Abraham believed God was able and good to uphold his promise to provide a means of salvation through his seed.
The test met God's aim. The angel of the Lord stops Abraham and provides a blood sacrifice preserving a line unto himself who would be atonement for all Abraham's seed .
