God's Vision for Elders - Part 2

The second half of our look at the role (i.e. job description) of elders from Scripture. We saw that desire is critical. Skills can be trained, but a man must desire to be an elder first. Nothing can replace one's desire to be a shepherd of God's flock (knowing, feeding, leading & protecting the sheep).
