Sovereignty of God: Chance, lots, sorcery and Divination

We sometimes in not understanding God see unconventional non-Christian ways being performed which achieve the results and confusion arises. This is went we must really understand the sovereignty of God. Here in bringing about His decree Nebuchadnezzar uses sorcery and divination which is forbidden by God.
