This sermon outlines the Protestant Reformed Christian doctrine of the covenant. The covenant is an everlasting unbreakable covenant with the elect alone. The sermon then explains how this covenant is unbreakable even in light of Jeremiah 31:32, Gen 17:14, Lev 26:14-16, Isaiah 24:5, and all the passages which speaks of man breaking the covenant. The word break is proven through four points to mean that the covenant can be grievously violated and transgressed. The sermon concludes with a necessary and applicable strong warning to all who are in the sphere of the covenant.
