Total Depravity

In Romans 3:9-18 Paul continues his argument that all men are subject to God's judgment by bringing a charge against all men and supporting evidence for that charge. The Charge: All men are under the power and penalty of sin so no one has an advantage over anyone else (v.9). The Evidence: All men are unrighteous (v.10); all men turn aside from God (vs.11-120; all men sin in their speech (vs.13-14); all men sin in their actions (vs.15-17); and all men lack the fear of God (v.18).
