The Rich Man and Lazarus

Valuable lessons that we can learn from the account given concerning the 'Rich Man' and 'Lazarus', and what happened to each of them. Like so many, the Pharisees hope of Heaven was based on their physical descent from Abraham and their outward religious observance. The parable emphasises that Jesus has come to save humble sinners, not the (self) righteous.
