God, Merciful to Those Who Fear Him

Mercy is defined, shown to be an essential part of God's character. God's mercy is shown to a pitiable human race, but is conditional upon those who fear Him. The fear of God is seen as two-fold, both fear and awe, and the evidence of Godly fear is seen as love to God and obedience to His commandments.
