Men as trees

For the briefest of moments this man had a line of sight into the spiritual world with his physical eyes. He saw men as trees; but not only that he saw them walking. Our physical height is limited, but spiritually speaking we can just keep on growing until the day we leave this world (just like a tree). They say that the giant Red Woods of California were mere saplings when Jesus walked this earth, and now they are huge. We can be the same way. Why? Because God has designed our spiritual lives to be that way. He has made us so that we can grow and prosper if we will stay rooted in Him. The Lord has provided us good soil to be raised in; which will give us the strength and stamina needed for this life. If we will obey Him and keep the space around us clear of the cares of this world we will give off a sweet scent. And when those times of trials come our way, know that He will give us a season of rest in the storm if we trust Him.
