I Live By Faith in the Son of God

Proposition: Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, as our master-teacher, taught His disciples (and us through them) how one should live in the Kingdom of God. It can be summarized as a humble, whole-hearted trust is a child. The Apostle Paul described it this way "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me" (Gal. 2:20).

I. Life in the Spirit is a life of persistent prayer/fellowship with God

II. Life in the Spirit is completely opposite to reliance on self or stuff

III. Life in the Spirit is childlike humility and complete trust in our heavenly Father
