Costly Discipleship

This Lord's Day evening, Pastor Jonathan will be preaching from the Gospel of Luke on the demands, the costly demands, Jesus places upon those who would be His disciples. Jesus has set his face toward Jerusalem, his passion is beginning and the cross is ever before him. It is in this context that we look at three potential disciples and Jesus' response to them: The impulsive desire, which is zeal without understanding; The delayed desire, which is disobedience; The competing desire, which is compromise.
