In a recent article posted on Washington Times dot com. Ed Stetzer stresses the importance of Christians remember that "Our sending God is a sovereign God".
One of the places where God's Sovereignty is put on display is in the book of Jonah.
However, in verse 10 of Chapter 3, God is said to have repented. How are we to understand this statement.
