Paul Thanked God for Grace

A promise is only as good as the character of the one who makes it. Look at verse 9 to see God’s character: 1. God is faithful. He keeps his promises. 2. God also has called us to himself. He takes a special interest in us and brings us into union and communion with his Son. Even in our darkest days, we should never forget that it’s God’s grace, not our works, that keep us true to him.
