050 Slipping Away

The River of God was a wonderful experience for Christian and Hopeful. This was the most rejuvenating treat they had enjoyed since beginning on the journey. Every detail was unspeakably delightful.

The time came however, when they had to resume their travels. Not far from the River of God, they begin to sense a feeling of discontent because of the contrasting hard experience of being on the journey again.

Craving the gentle atmosphere they had recently enjoyed, they fall into the temptation to try to regain it. Sadly, they face the start of the consequences of their ensuing wrong decisions.

Cowering under a sub-standard shelter, we leave them at the mercy of giant despair.
