Walk Like an Egyptian

God told His people in the Old Testament that if they walked like the Egyptians, they would receive their diseases and sicknesses. In recent years, researchers have discovered that the Egyptians suffered terrible health problems. Yet, ironically, they worshiped physicians and medicine! This sermon reveals that God's people today are often suffering diseases and afflictions for walking and thinking like the old Egyptians. While there is certainly a place for wise medicine and physicians, prescription drugs today kill 100,000 people a year, and hospitalize another million! Is God pleased with this blind faith in physicians and a pharmaceutical industry that spends millions hiding the truth about the drugs it peddles? God calls His people to "prove all things." If we are disobedient to this command, we will pay a terrible price.
