Building A Solid Foundation for Church Planting

In a time when the overwhelming majority of churches are plateaued or declining, there is a need for new churches. However, planting churches has to be done according to biblical principles, and for biblical purposes. As in all things, we must find these principles in God's word. This message was part of a conference on planting churches for pastors and church leaders.
