Bill Krispin has been involved in Philadelphia urban ministry for the past 40 years. Since July 2001, Bill has been the Executive Director of CityNet Ministries for planting churches in the city and the region. His encyclopedic knowledge of Philadelphia and the history of the church in the city shapes his vision for the future. This lecture was the opening lecture of Tenth's Urban Missions Conference, Vision for the City, which focused on church planting in Philadelphia.
