The Shepherd's sheep

"My sheep" is one of the sweetest designations in Scripture, from the heart and mouth of Christ concerning his blood-bought flock. They are distinct, marked by their open ear (they hear his voice), his loving heart (he knows them), and their ready foot (they follow him).
