Circumcision Grace

As one reads of the command to circumcise in Genesis 17, he or she may be tempted to think, as did the pharisaical Jews, that circumcision was a work of salvation. However, as we consider the passage of Genesis 17, we should see that the grace and blessing of God Almighty are on display, even in the signs He provides for His covenant of redemption.
