Elements of New Testament Worship

If the 2nd commandment requires that we worship God in that way (and only that way) that He has ordained, it stands to reason that Christians should know just exactly what the elements of New Testament worship are, according to Scripture.

Using Acts 2:42 as the summary statement on this issue, the four elements of New Testament worship are considered: (1) Preaching the Word of God, (2) Giving (koinonia) to God, (3) Observing the Ordinances of God, and (4) Praying to God (either spoken or sung).
