Representations of the Infinite God

This sermon discusses the implications of the second commandment on creating representations of God. Specifically addressing whether or not it is right to create pictures or representations of Jesus Christ. Thereby calling into question the legitimacy of the 'Passion of the Christ' movie that was released earlier this year. This sermon answers the following questions: 1) May we make any representation of God in the likeness of any creature? 2) Give three reasons why we should not try to represent God in any way? 3) Is this also true of the God-man Jesus Christ? 4) What is God's ordained way of making Christ known? 5) What is the inherent dilemma in looking at any image of Christ?
