The Unstoppable Gospel

The advance of the Gospel is unstoppable. Three scenes in this portion show that nothing will hinder the advance of the Gospel. The first scene is Lydia and her household. Sinful resistance cannot stop the Gospel: God opened Lydia's dead heart. The second scene is the fortune teller and her master. Spiritual resistance cannot stop the Gospel: Satan and his host are defeated. The third scene is the jailer and his household. Societal resistance cannot stop the Gospel: the political authorities could not stop the Gospel. Jesus is Lord of lords, and the advance of His Gospel is unstoppable.
