Keep the Ox and clean the crib

Here we find a wonderful truth made plain by a clear and vivid word picture spoken by the old wise preacher.
Some may consider this a distant and irrelevant verse of Scripture for today, but there is a life lesson that is taught in this verse that each of us would do well to keep in mind.
If we step back in our minds and consider a time, not all that long ago really…when life, livelihood, and prosperity of families depended on what they could grow in their fields we will appreciate this verse a little better.
