Father God Sends Calamities, Not Mother Nature

"If a calamity occurs in the city, has not the Lord done it?" This is the clear teaching of scripture, but every time there is a tornado, a flood, a fire, a hurricane, or some other "natural disaster," some so-called evangelical will step forth and assure everyone that God had nothing to do with it. God has everything to do with it, and there is no comfort in atheism or deism. What is the message of every tornado? Repent, or you will likewise perish.
