Bear One Another's Burdens

We come in our 'Love One Another' series to Galatians 6:2 - "Bear one another's burdens and thus fulfil the law of Christ."

Although there is an action in all these messages, and a command to be about these actions of love, it is in no way a prescription for righteousness, but rather, as the righteous, we love. Our main point today is Christ has loved and does love us, and he shows the Father's love for us in bearing our burden of guilt and sin. And so, as the loved of God, we bear the burdens of others and not the other way around.
