When you are bearing the cross – when you are following Jesus – it can be really easy to forget the resurrection. Sometimes, all you see is darkness,

At the beginning of chapter 5 Paul reminded us of the central dynamic of the Christian life: “We walk by faith, not by sight.” By sight, we often feel and appear to be forsaken – but by faith we see Jesus sitting at the right hand of the Father! By faith we declare the mighty deeds of God in Jesus Christ!
