Paul begins to wrap up the letter written to Timothy as an expression of what he was to believe concerning the content of the Gospel, the effect that it has, and the means of ministering the Word of God to those within the Church. He turns again to the matter of holding fast to a True and Good Confession in the midst of doctrinal and practical challenges.
